I opened my agency in 2019 after spending 11 years working for another State Farm agent, and that experience really shaped the kind of office culture I wanted to build. We’re a close-knit team of three that genuinely enjoys working together, grabbing lunches as a team, and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels connected and encouraged to grow.

I’m a graduate of Hamline University, married with three kids, and when I’m not in the office you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with my family. Giving back to the community is important to me, and I stay involved through our local high school athletics board and helping with annual fundraisers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jay Ems - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
